| denkstatt won in two categories of the “Forbes business awards 2011”

On 8th of December at a special ceremony, we won two awards – in both categories where we have been nominated:
Clients relationship employee, 1-st place for Peter Seizov, senior consultant at denkstatt.
Customer policy, 2-nd place. This category was the most competitive with 33 applications.
With these achievements we fulfilled several aims:
1. We participated and were nominated among large companies, famous company names, which have big capacity and resources, history and experience.
denkstatt Bulgaria is in its fifth year and though we are a small enterprise we are strong in terms of ideas, creativity and aspiration; and that is why we consider ourselves as big.
2. The organizers and the jury gave a chance to small and medium enterprises. Indeed.
…which was expressed by the organizers and by the Minister of the Economy, Energy and Tourism, Traycho Traykov, as embodying the entrepreneurial spirit needed to bring about change.
3. We believed…..
…that in Bulgaria we can be recognised by what we do and achieve.
4. We are happy
We shared this experience as a team and we cannot wait to share it with our partners and the other denkstatt offices.

| Green Innovation Forum 2011 is approaching

For third consecutive year denkstatt and dnevnik.bg organize the Green Innovation Forum – the most important business event for green innovations. The Forum will take place on 29th of November and this time the focus is on food, water and raw materials. Bulgarian and international companies will share their experience in implementing green innovations, which help them produce more value with fewer resources.

In November denkstatt officially joined the Bulgarian Green Building Council. The Council initiates, promotes and implements activities that enhance quality of life in Bulgaria through the establishment of a sustainable environment and creating healthy and environmentally habitable spaces. We hope our work to accelerate the transition to a sustainable economy in Bulgaria.

| denkstatt supported GLOBUL in the preparation of the first Corporate Responsibility Report

In the beginning of November GLOBUL presented the first Bulgarian annual Corporate Responsibility Report prepared with the consultancy services of denkstatt in accordance with the requirements of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). We believe that through these joint efforts our team made an important step in accelerating the transition to a sustainable economy in Bulgaria.
The Report covers all aspects of GLOBUL activities in 2010, which are related with the company's corporate responsibility, and provides detailed data on achieved outcomes. The information is structured according to four main areas of corporate responsibility, including environment, society, employees and marketplace. In its Report 2010 GLOBUL clearly stated long-term commitment to sustainable development by setting objectives for 2011 in each of the four areas.
With its first report on corporate responsibility GLOBUL achieve level "B" of accountability according to the GRI. This level is an indicator that the company describes its approach of managing all significant aspects of its activities and provides details of more than 20 key indicators.
GLOBUL commits to publish its annual Corporate Responsibility Report to enable everyone to be informed about how the company contributes to sustainable development in Bulgaria.
At denkstatt we are convinced that the green operator of Bulgaria will keep its commitments and the next Report will be even better.
